初学跳舞的手架——

　　初学跳舞时，由于身体欠力，手架容易松散变形，因此，老师强调手架要坚实，不能有所动摇；如果跳舞时手架和背部晃动，不但影响外观线条的优美，同时，还会影响步法的准确性和身体的平衡。  

　　跳舞时，要求手架坚实和强壮不变形，不能有所动摇，这是毫无疑问的，问题是过分刻意要求模仿世界一流选手的手架，在整体不协调、肌肉和筋骨还未能很好控制的情况下，只能导致手架和背部出现僵硬，像木头一样的手架，缺乏灵活性，使身体动作缓滞毫无生气。同时，由于身体缺乏全面足够的力量，为了支撑手架的坚实，只能采取腰部往上「死撑」，形成腰部旋转不灵；由此，引起重心提升，舞步轻浮而不稳，而且，因「死腰」的原故，妨碍所有动作的展开。  

　　由于舞步轻浮，重心不稳，反过来又会影响手架的坚实，男伴往往容易使肩肘变形往后靠偏。在肌肉尚未控制完善、整体未能达到协调一致的情况下，过分坚硬的手架会严重影响舞步的灵活性，大大地妨碍了技术上的进步。  

　　以初学者的水平，过分地要求手架强壮有力是不适宜的。谁也晓得冠亚军的手架是最完善、最标准的；它既坚刚又富有柔韧的弹性。但可否知道一个完美的手架需要身体各部分的配合，除了肌肉的支持外，还要呼吸的密切的配合，需要有充足的内气充实身体各部分，才能使手架坚实中富有弹性。在一小节音乐中，还要掌握好一松一紧，呼吸的自然协调，松不能软塌无力，不能硬如生铁，又不能闭着气着跳多个动作，这样，才能使手架充活生生的气息。  

　　开始练习时，在手架不变形的原则下，尽量保持适度放松，做到纵横拉开，不能刻意追求坚实的手架，也不能随意放松任其形，要择中而行。在自然之中，把身体各部分都松活了、匀顺了，待舞步纯熟、整体协调一致的时候，做到全身上下一气贯通。这时候，手架和背部已有了充足内气运行，然后才逐渐加强它的硬度和韧度，这样的手架才能达到自然的坚实，不会出现僵硬或柔弱的状态。

拉丁舞:移动中的艺术

一个好的拉丁舞者除了基本步要好之外，同时在身体中应酝涵灵魂、性感与平衡三要素，才能使舞蹈更具生命力。 　　拉丁舞身体动作三要素： 　　（一）灵魂：当舞步移动时，不是单纯只有脚步的移动，而是要以身体的动作来代领脚的移动，同时移动后的姿势应以身体由内而外不断的延伸。 　　（二）性感：拉丁舞必须是一男一女二人共舞，大部份的舞科皆表现出二人互相吸引或互相勾引的动作，因此在表现上可以在音乐的控制、脸部表情、眼神及身体动作来表达，讲师并以桑巴、恰恰恰及伦巴三种舞科作示范讲解，因为这三种舞科比较能表现出男女爱情故事。 　　（三）平衡：所有的平衡动作皆由身体中心向外发出，在连续旋转动作时，速度应由慢渐快再渐慢，重心在张开的双足之间，不可太前或太后，脚部的移动不可过大或过小，而失去平衡，应不断的练习找出适当的步位。 　　引导与跟随： 　　（一）引导：当做引导动作时，男士应以前胸、侧腰及后背的动作来带领手与足的移动，让女士很清楚的感觉到男士的引导动作。男士身体动作只要运用上述三要素，女士自然能移动，就算不牵手男士亦能用其身体动能去让女士感觉到动作。 　　（二）跟随：通常是指女士的动作，女士的动作不可自行移动，都应依男士的引导才能移动，如此才可产生协调平衡的动作。女士在后退跟随时，先以足向后退，而后才以身体的移动完成后退动作。引导动作可说是一种全身的引导，好的引导动作能产生好的接触与舞姿。 　　全体平衡训练： 　　（一）第二位置站立，双手上提，缩腹提气，脊椎向上拉直，用身体感觉空间的前、后、上、下、左、右六个面，闭起双眼感觉身体的平衡，如太前则向后拉，太后则向前拉。 　　（二）摩登舞之闭式舞姿，亦可以相同的方法练习。敬礼动作：当结束表演时之敬礼，也要以舞蹈三要素来完成敬礼动作，在未退场时，身体不可放松，在场上之一举手一投足皆由身体来表现动作。 　　讲解： 　　（一）伦巴：跳Cucaracha时注意空间的前、后、上、下、左、右六个面，以身体动作带领腿部动作，而不是只有腿部动作。Cucaracha及BasicMovement作法都一样，不是单有臀部摇摆动作，所有动作皆由身体发展出来。 　　（二）恰恰恰：以TimeStep及BasicMovement作示范，作法仍然以舞蹈三要素来跳。 　　（三）桑巴：SambaWhisk身体的感觉像扭毛巾，在跳Botafogs时，会有骨盘前后摆荡的动作，以上动作也要以全身动作来表现。 　　（四）斗牛舞：做Apple时，气要向上提，扩张胸部让身体一直张大。 　　技巧的东西都可以学，惟有表达舞蹈神韵的方面需要自己刻苦的修炼。国标舞是一种很开放，热情奔放的舞蹈。而中国人则比较谦虚谨慎，如何把握住那种“openmind”窃以为是跳好国标舞（尤其是拉丁舞）的关键。

基本功的重要性

      何谓基本功,就是用你的"动力"跳最简单的基本步,能够对上节奏,而且"动力"能够与节奏吻合就是基本功.

      我们在观看世界大师的舞蹈表演时,不难发现,世界大师们的舞蹈动作在几十年里,可以说没有太多的变化,有的只是音乐处理上的细微变化和几个动作的前后变化.他们把几个简单的基本步,通过运用肌肉的拉伸,身体的摆荡,精确的控制,随着音乐随心所欲的调整步幅翩翩起舞.这与他们扎实的基本功是分不开的.俗话说:万丈高楼平地起,全靠打基础.

      我们在平时练习时,经常会听到说:都练了几年了还没有多大的进步.这是为什么呢?我们举个例子,一个普通的舞步,让一个初学者去做,一个星期就可学会,三个月就可滚瓜烂熟,但是这个舞步的韵味三年怎么也学不会,只能用膝盖作动力完成,所以我们在平时的训练中要不断的思考,不断的摸索基本舞步的运用原理,把它带到舞蹈中,才会有进步.

伦巴舞（Rumba） 　　用R表示。拉丁舞项目之一。节奏为4/4拍，每分钟27～29小节。每小节四拍。乐曲旋律的特点是强拍落在每小节的第四拍。舞步从第4拍起跳，由一个慢步和两个快步组成。四拍走三步，慢步占二拍（第4拍和下一小节的第一拍），快步各占一拍（第二拍和第三拍）。胯部摆动三次。胯部动作是由控制重心的一脚向另一脚移动而形成向两侧作"∞"型摆动。具有舒展优美，婀娜多姿，柔媚抒情的风格。其产生与西班牙和非洲的舞蹈有密切关系，后在古巴得到发展。 　　恰恰舞（Cha-Cha-Cha） 　　用C表示。拉丁舞项目之一。节奏为4/4拍，每分钟30～32小节。每小节四拍，强拍落在第一拍。四拍走五步，包括两个慢步和三个快步。第一步踏在第二拍，时间值占一拍；第二步占一拍：第三、四两步各占半拍；第五步占一拍，踏在舞曲的第一拍上。胯部每小节向两侧摆动六次。舞曲热情奔放，舞步花哨利落步频较快，诙谐风趣。源于非洲，后传入拉丁美洲，在古巴得到发展。 　　桑巴舞（Samba） 　　用S表示。拉丁舞项目之一。舞曲欢快热烈，节奏为2/4拍或4/4拍，每分钟52～54小节。强拍落在每小节的第二拍或第四拍。每小节完成一个基本舞步。舞步在全脚掌踏地和半脚掌垫步之间交替完成，通过膝盖上下屈伸弹动，使全身前后摇摆，并沿着舞程线绕场行进，属"游走型"舞蹈。特点是流动性大，动律感强，步法摇曳紧凑，风格热烈奔放。源于巴西，是巴西一年一度狂欢节的舞蹈。 　　斗牛舞（PasoDoble） 　　用P表示。拉丁舞项目之一。音乐为旋律高昂雄壮、鲜明有力的西班牙进行曲。节奏为2/4拍，每分钟60～62小节。一拍一步，八拍一循环，特点是舞步流动大，沿着舞程线绕场行进，游走型舞蹈。舞姿挺拔，无胯部动作及过分膝盖屈伸。用踝关节和脚掌平踏地面完成舞步。动静鲜明，力度感强，发力迅速，收步敏捷顿挫，源于法国，盛行于西班牙，系据西班牙斗牛场面创作而成。男为斗牛士，气宇轩昂，刚劲威猛，女为红色斗篷，英姿飒爽，柔美多变。 　　牛仔舞（Jive） 　　用J表示。拉丁舞项目之一。旋律欢快，强烈跳跃，节奏为4/4拍，每分钟42～44小节、六拍跳八步。由基本舞步踏步、并合步，结合跳跃、旋转等动作组合而成。要求脚掌踏地，腰和胯部作钟摆式摆动。特点是舞步敏捷、跳跃，舞姿轻松、热情、欢快。源于美国，原是美国西部牛仔跳的踢踏舞，50年代爵士乐的流行，加速和完善了这种舞蹈，但风格上还保持美国西部牛仔刚健、浪漫、豪爽的气派。
